Following 25 years of successfully providing property maintenance and building services on the Gold Coast, 2006 saw the launch of our specialist Property Renovations division.

We are fully licensed with the Queensland Building Services Authority to work on any type of building, including high-rise, giving you peace of mind and security when dealing with us.

AMS Property Renovations is structured to provide hands on daily management of all renovation works under the control of Andre, our experienced and licenced Project Manager. Andre manages a multi-trade team of dedicated AMS staff complimented by a range of preferred suppliers incorporating, for example, air conditioning engineers, cabinet makers and marble/granite benchtop suppliers etc, to ensure that all aspects of your renovation are co-ordinated cost effectively.

Andre's team is supported by a board of directors with over 70 years of combined trades and financial management experience, promoting high quality service delivery to our customers backed by stong financial control of the business, giving added security and peace of mind to prospective clients.
